With more than 15 years experience, Dorothy has successful track record in identifying and selecting world-class active and passive candidates for any given international executive search assignment. She works cross sector and globally. As a fully qualified CIPD professional, with both corporate HR and line management  experience, she can quickly understand and meet her client’s needs to find the best possible talent. She supports organizational talent management strategies and will work with clients to implement an effective action plan. With access to an extensive global data base  and network, she has excellent pipelines to top talent, particularly for organisations looking for gender balanced short lists.

She is Co-founder of 3Plus International an organisation set up to support, promote and sponsor women to achieve their career goals into more senior professional roles , via the creation of gender balanced shortlists.

Based in Belgium (Brussels) UK and Spain She works internationally.
